If a process plant is running, it is earning
profit for its operator. Traditionally, when
a valve required maintenance the plant had
to be shut down, resulting in reduced earning
time.
A solution to this is to install a second
pilot onto the main valve and install a simple
system of ball valves or an interlocked changeover
valve system. This allows one pilot to be removed
while to plant is still operating. We can offer
either solution.
